Representing the Washington State PTA (WSPTA), parent Michael Steffen testified today before
the House Education Committee in favor of HB 1508, the Breakfast after the Bell
bill.
Steffen is legislative chair for the Marvista Elementary
PTSA in the Highline School District. The bill is one of the WSPTA's Top 5
